NEW SERVICE TIMES!September 2005Ballymore Eustace 10.00 am Cloughleagh 10.00 am Blessington 11.15 am Why change the service times? Because Blessington and its neighbouring areas are expanding at a remarkable rate with many new families moving into the area and this must be reflected in the timing of all our services giving us a new opportunity for outreach and mission. DIFFERENT STYLES OF WORSHIP! As from September 2005 the three parishes will offer three different styles of worship. Ballymore Eustace Traditional Church- of Ireland Services. Cloughleagh Book of Common Prayer and Family Communion services. Blessington All-age worship Why change the way we worship? Throughout our congregations we have avaried taste of worship ranging from the very traditional to the very modern. At present Ballymore Eustace is where there is a more traditional worshipping community. Manor Kilbride has amixture of both a traditional and modern worshipping community. Blessington is the area where major development and growth is taking place and where most young families live and we believe that the All-age worship model will work well in this rapidly changing town. Through the changes we are making we aim to offer something for everyone throughout the Union of Parishes. |
